Minneapolis Home + Remodeling Show
A January staple since 2017, the Minneapolis Home + Remodeling Show draws thousands of consumers interested in, or dreaming about, home renovation projects. The 2025 show was anchored by Bravo TV star and home accessory designer Craig Conover and laundry expert Patric Richardson and drew a significant increase in attendees! Nemer Fieger handled both publicity as well as media planning and buying for the event, resulting in strategic crossover and maximized awareness for the client.
Media planning and strategy started months in advance, carefully crafting a campaign that reaches both primary and secondary target audiences. Through long-standing relationships, our team was able to secure 53% of the client’s investment back in added value from our media partners. This included on-site appearances, on-air contesting, social media, and more.
Our publicity team leveraged their relationships with local media to secure interviews for the show’s featured celebrities and top exhibitors on all four local TV affiliates. Our efforts garnered over 118 mentions, valued at more than $650,000 in publicity value.
Bonus: As celebrity speaker Craig Conover is known for his line of decorative pillows, we recommended a partnership with Bridging – a long-standing Nemer Fieger collaborator. The local nonprofit collects new and gently used items to furnish living spaces for people transitioning out of homelessness. Attendees were given free admission to the Home + Remodeling Show if they brought a new pillow to donate to Bridging!
