Our challenge was to create a campaign with unique tactics to help fill empty positions within two small Minnesota market processing plants.
We proposed a campaign series of three oversized postcards, over a 3-month period, to be mailed to all households within 5 miles of each plant. Each individual postcard highlighted an impactful crop image paired with a clever headline to communicate the many benefits of working with Seneca. A QR code linking to specific job postings was included. To deepen the campaign impact, we layered on radio, Spotify, digital display and social media.
This strategy worked. We are now serving additional markets throughout the United States with similar campaigns that are regionally adapted. Many are reporting record applications of qualified candidates.
