WHAT’S HAPPENING: PITCH PERFECT 3
Nemer Fieger has been entrenched in the entertainment marketing industry for decades and through the years we have developed a nice niche for ourselves representing many movie studios. This is where we shine, creatively crafting eye-catching publicity initiatives designed to incentivize people to not only see our client’s movies, but to also tell their family and friends to buy tickets.
A festive and fun example of that was for the Universal Pictures movie “Pitch Perfect 3,” a musical comedy that opened right before Christmas. Our clever and talented publicists found 7Days, a top University of Minnesota a cappella group and secured a segment for them on KMSP-TV’s “The Jason Show.” 7Days sang “The Jason Show” opening, and then performed “Santa Tell Me” on air, all while wearing “Pitch Perfect 3” shirts. To make this experience even sweeter, all studio audience guests were surprised with advanced screening passes to the movie.

This whole promotion was so successful that our Universal Pictures contact sent our recap to the studio’s top brass. This was especially rewarding, as we put our heart and soul into every movie we promote on behalf of our clients and appreciate being recognized for that.
